Gabriel Dumont Institute – Addition & Renovation

VCM competitively bid and secured this project to construct a two-storey plus basement addition totaling 760 m2 and partial renovation of the existing one-storey plus basement  on 22nd Street in Saskatoon.

The addition was wood frame construction over concrete basement.  Site work, exterior and interior architectural finishes, an elevator, and mechanical and electrical systems were included in the work.

VCM coordinated over 24 subtrades and suppliers to complete the work which had many unique architectural features that balanced paying respect to traditions and modern needs of this educational facility.
