VCM completed the Re-Demise of the former Sears Home location including extensive mechanical and electrical upgrades. This was followed immediately by a 23,000 ft2 Tenant Fit-Out for Dufresne’s first location in Saskatoon. VCM developed a construction budget and worked with the Owner’s design team out of Manitoba. Construction period for the Dufresne Fit Out was a total of 6 weeks. The VCM team ensured we were on site while the Owner moved in and assisted with hanging signage and other Owner-supplied promotional items.
