VCM developed the project budget and schedule to retrofit an old Future Shop retail facility into an Ashley Home Store. VCM worked with Ashley corporate personnel and design consultants to complete budget work prior to commencing construction. Following mobilization, VCM ensured that we met the schedule to open the store to capture “Black Friday” sales. Construction period was a total of 8 weeks to complete a 25,000 ft2 retail space.
